SYNOPSIS: A Viet Nam vet turned hippie goes up against corrupt government agents and a ruthless drug lord. Tom Stern is the vet who is happy to drop out of society, get high and cash in on that free love. But grinning DEA agent Telly Savalas has other plans. He tricks Stern into helping him bring down an elusive criminal (a very quirky Robert Vaughn). Stern also directed this hit and miss exploitation that made little impact on the box office in 1971. A great dune buggy chase, early 70's Hollywood locales, some nudity (courtesy of Marlene Clarke) and a bloody shoot-out finale that takes place in the famous Hollywood Bowl moves the plot along.

Stern plays a vietnam vet who is used by a DEA agent (savalas) to be a clay pigeon for drug kingpin (Vaughn). There is Kris Kristofferson, Arlo Guthrie songs, Doon-Buggie chase, Meredith acting like a hippie, Lawford.
